Image and video operations use credits. The cost depends on the operation and its settings, including model, quality, image count, and video duration.

Check the cost before submitting

Look at the credit amount beside Generate, Try On, Submit, or Generate Video. Recheck it after changing settings. A five-second clip and a multi-shot video can have very different totals. Use Billing in the sidebar to see your current subscription and credit information. The pricing page shows current plans; the options available to your signed-in account appear in Billing.

When Studio asks you to upgrade

An action may need a paid plan, a higher plan, or more credits. Follow the specific option in the dialog:
  • Sign up or sign in when you are using Studio without an account.
  • Subscribe or upgrade when the requested feature is outside your current plan.
  • Buy credits when a top-up is available for your account.
If you already have a plan but the action is unavailable, check that you signed in with the correct account and selected the right workspace.

Plan a larger shoot

Make one representative image first. Multiply the displayed per-run cost by the number of planned runs, and leave room for the edits and variants you expect to make. Review the total again if you change the model or batch size. For a billing question, contact [email protected] with your account email, the date, and the relevant image or payment reference. Never send your password, API key, or complete card details.
