A workspace determines the context in which you create and access work. Before uploading a product or starting a team shoot, check the workspace shown in your account menu.

Switch between personal and team work

Open the account control at the bottom of the sidebar and use the workspace selector. Choose your personal workspace or a team workspace you belong to. Wait for the interface to refresh before continuing. If an image or wardrobe item seems missing, first check the selected workspace and gallery collection. Signing in with another email can also put you in a different account.

Share a working convention

Use product names that colleagues can recognize. Keep one wardrobe item per product and colorway, and name saved presets for their visual purpose, such as “White studio — full length.” Agree which avatar, preset, ratio, and image model to use for a series. Workspace roles control which settings you can change. If a team-management or billing action is unavailable, ask the workspace owner to check your access.

API keys have their own scope

An API key is created for a specific personal or team workspace. Switching the workspace in the Studio interface does not change the scope of an existing key. For an integration, create a key in the intended workspace and keep that association with your server configuration. See API authentication.
