Check the required inputs for the selected tool. Try-on needs a person and an outfit. An edit needs a source image and an instruction or marked region. A video needs a scene or motion brief. Remove incomplete uploads, wait for active uploads to finish, and review any plan or credit dialog.
Try a JPEG, PNG, or WebP image within the size limit shown by the uploader. The Editor’s upload limit is 10 MB. Export phone images to a supported format if needed. For video start and end images, use at least 300 × 300 pixels, a file no larger than 10 MB, and a width-to-height ratio between 0.4 and 2.5.
Check the result’s status in the gallery; video and higher-quality work can take longer. Refresh once if the page seems stale. Avoid repeatedly submitting the same request while it is still active. If it remains stuck, send support the image ID or link and approximate submission time.
Read the message on that result. A failed provider request and a policy-blocked request need different responses. For a blocked request, revise the source or prompt to comply with the service’s rules. For a temporary failure, review the status and credit balance before trying again. Contact support if failures repeat.
Compare the output with the source at full size. Use a sharper garment photo, supply the correct front or back angle, and keep each wardrobe item to one product and colorway. Remove prompt instructions that conflict with the source. If only a small region needs work, use the Editor.
Reuse the same saved avatar and clear references of one person. Keep model and quality settings consistent while testing. Try a less extreme pose or simpler light, then compare the face with your approved reference.
Check your signed-in account, workspace, and selected collection. Public Explore images and your own work are different collections. Refresh after switching workspaces, then check the image’s versions if you are looking for an edit or upscale.
Open the image, select the completed edit, video, or upscale you want, and download again. Wait for that version’s processing to finish. Verify the downloaded file’s dimensions before publishing.
