Studio combines a library of images with a creation panel. Use the panel to make something new, then open a result to inspect, edit, or download it.
Choose the right starting point
The three parts of Generate
Avatar is the person. Select a library avatar, upload a face reference, or describe a person. A saved avatar helps you return to the same identity.
Outfit is the product or clothing. Upload it once or save it in your wardrobe with several views. Clothing described only in text is invented by the model; use photos when the actual product matters.
Prompt / preset is the creative direction. A preset supplies a visual setup such as a white studio, an outdoor editorial scene, or a flat lay. Add a short direction to adjust that setup.
“Model” has two meanings: an avatar is the person in the photo; an image model, such as Nano Banana 2, is the generation engine. The selector near Generate controls the engine.
Where your work lives
- Home gives you starting points for common workflows.
- Explore helps you discover looks and presets.
- Studio holds the creation panel and image library.
- Editor opens a canvas for changing a selected or uploaded image.
- Billing shows your plan, credits, and available upgrades.
- Your account menu includes workspace and account options.
Use the folder control above the gallery to change what you are viewing. If you land in Explore, switch to your own images to find work you created. Learn about folders and downloads.
On a smaller screen, the creation controls may be collapsed. Open the panel, choose the same workflow tab, then return to the gallery to review results. A missing control can also depend on the selected workflow or your account’s available features.
Keep these separate
The Virtual Try On tab is a creative tool for making images in Studio. A shopper-facing fitting room embedded in an online store is a separate setup; use the virtual.fit docs for Shopify and custom JavaScript integrations.
